Solution Site
Also known as: Project Site, Team Site
A private GAITS site where one team plans and tracks one project, built on one Solution Type.
Full Definition
A Solution Site is private. Only its team members, its assigned mentors, and people who hold a Portfolio role in its Portfolio Site have access. It holds the team's carousel, Deliverables, Work Packages, metrics, activities, files, and members. Every Solution Site has the same set of tabs. A Solution Site is assigned to one Portfolio Site at a time, and it can be reassigned.
Access depends on role. Mentors assigned to a Solution Site see a Mentor tab with project notes and mentor resources.
A CRAASH team opens its Solution Site and lands on the Overview tab, where the carousel gives a snapshot of the project's maturity across all four domains.
