Portfolio Site

A GAITS site that groups Solution Sites so a program can manage access and monitor progress across its teams.
Full Definition
Programs use a Portfolio Site to see their teams' sites, share content, and manage membership. The Portfolio roles are Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Administrator, and Portfolio Member. Only Portfolio Managers can create sites. A person added to a Portfolio Site without a Portfolio role is a Site Member and sees only the Portfolio Site's shared content.
Portfolio Sites vary in the functions they enable. A minimal Portfolio Site is used mainly to share content and to give access to its Solution Sites.
A Portfolio Administrator opens the Portfolio Site for the current cohort, reviews Work Packages across all teams in the WP Listing, and adds a mentor to the two teams that mentor will support.
