Meetings Record

Also known as: Meeting Record, Meetings

The GAITS feature a team uses to record its meetings, such as mentor, stakeholder, regulatory, and investor meetings.

Full Definition

Each entry is a Meeting Record. Teams enter the session name, date, duration, format, meeting type, attendees, key discussion points, conclusions, attached documents, and the team's Impact rating of the session. The Meetings tab lists a team's Meeting Records and gives the options to edit a record or create a new one.

Meeting Records give a team and its program a structured history of whom the team met, what was discussed, and what was decided. A record can be exported together with its attachments.

Example

After a session with a hospital purchasing director, a team adds a Meeting Record with the attendees, the key discussion points on pricing, the conclusions, and an Impact rating, and attaches its slides.
