Download CSV
Exports the full site record as a ZIP of nine linked CSV files.

Download CSV is the fourth icon in the icon bar at the top right of the Overview page. Its tooltip reads Download CSV. The file you receive is a ZIP that holds nine CSV files.
The export always contains the whole site. Filter Options do not narrow it.
Use it to analyse a site's data in a spreadsheet or another tool, or to keep a complete copy. A team that stops using GAITS can take all of its data this way.
The nine files
| File | Contents |
|---|---|
| project.csv | The site record |
| domains.csv | The four domains |
| milestones.csv | The maturity levels |
| cells.csv | Links each maturity level to each domain |
| requirements.csv | Every Deliverable and its fields |
| requirement statuses.csv | Dated status history. This is the Playback data. |
| work packages.csv | Work Packages |
| members.csv | Site members |
| meetings.csv | Meeting Records |
How the files connect
The files are relational, not one flat table. Each Deliverable in requirements.csv carries a cell id. Join it to cells.csv, then to milestones.csv and domains.csv, to find the Deliverable's maturity level and domain. Responsible Person and Work Package are also ids, which join to members.csv and work packages.csv.
requirement statuses.csv is a dated history, not a snapshot. It holds every status change. A Deliverable's current status is its latest dated row.
