A Northwestern team led by Kara Palamountain will be presenting preliminary findings and takeaways on the topic of user needs and opportunities for COVID-19 testing based on more than 25 discussions with potential organizational and home users. These discussions included qualitative inquiries of user goals, concerns, and contextual factors for COVID-19 testing alongside feedback sessions on hypothetical products.
