Blueprint MedTech Cycle 6: A New Funding Opportunity for Groundbreaking Medtech Devices
The Center for Innovative NeuroTech Advancement (CINTA) and NeuroTech Harbor (NTH), supported by the NIH Blueprint MedTech program, are now accepting pre-proposals for Cycle 6 of the Blueprint MedTech Incubator Hub award opportunity.
This is a two-stage, milestone-driven opportunity for innovators developing medical devices aimed at preventing, diagnosing, or treating disorders of the nervous system.
Stage 1: Sprinter Award
- $100,000 in total cost over 20-weeks
- Focused on de-risking the project and completing key milestones
- Includes mentorship and expert guidance
- Prepares teams for a Deep Dive evaluation
Stage 2: Optimizer Award (invited from selected applicants after Deep Dive evaluations)
- Up to $1,285,000 in direct costs for one year
- Supports advancement toward a prototype ready for first-in-human testing
- Includes mentoring and subject matter experts
- Provides access to vetted, comprehensive resources and support services

- October 14, 2025: Full proposal submission deadline
